Community Center project
Linda and I want to say THANK YOU for all your sacrificial giving and for being such a vital part of our giving team! Phase 1 of our Ministry Expansion Project has enabled us to construct our new Fellowship Hall/Community Center building in Tacoma – the foundation, the roof, all of the walls, doors, windows and siding… and all of this phase is
completely paid for! We are continuing to move forward with all of the electrical and heating/cooling system thanks to the generous support of our giving team.
In Phase 2 of this project, We have begun finishing out the interior of the building with insulation, sheetrock and flooring so that we can soon move in and begin ministering to the needs of our church family and also the needs of this community.
Due to the rising cost of materials due to inflation and other circumstances, the cost of the building project has increased dramatically. As always, we endeavor to be good stewards of what the Lord has placed into our hands through your generous giving, and we thank God on your behalf for your continued support. The response to our request to help us complete the Community Center Project has been overwhelming. Truly God is enabling us to accomplish this. Soon we will have conference rooms, beautiful restrooms, a large kitchen, food preparation areas, multiple storage areas, an expanded food bank, plus an amazing multi-purpose space for use in all of our outreach ministries.
Now we are approaching Phase 3 of this exciting expansion project which will include new driveways, outside decks and sidewalks, landscaping, and a new gated entrance. If you are reading this, we thank you in advance for your continued support so that we
can pay off all debt that has been incurred. This project is not just about buildings. It’s about having space to minister to the increasing number of people God is sending to us. They are reaching out to us for prayer and resources and activities to keep them established and strengthened on a foundation they can build their lives upon victoriously.
If you are not already a part, I am asking you to please pray about
becoming a member of this giving team to finish and pay off our Community Center. We understand the value of money, so we are very careful with every dollar you give. Whatever you have done so far on this huge assignment, we are so grateful for your acts of generosity and faith toward this ministry and God’s Kingdom. Linda and I and our team are praying for God to magnificently and massively multiply your giving back to you again. The Lord said that those who honor Him and His work, He will honor (see 1 Samuel 2:30).
